PANAMA X MODEST BEER

Join us on Saturday, February 24th, for our first-ever Tasting Club! This month we are joined by Chris Morris, founder of Modest Beer, based out of Randalstown. Together we'll journey through 5 of his beer serves and 4 of our small plates in a pairing some have described as "great" and others have described as "where is Panama?"

Starting with a Fragrant & Refreshing Pilsner on arrival

Helles Larger - Chicken wings w/ Louisina hot sauce, pickled celery & lemon herb aioli.

 

Fruity & Dank Hazy IPA - Braised beef taco w/ pico de gallo, salsa verde, coriander & lime.

 

Mango Sorbet Pale Ale - Thai green chicken curry w/Asian greens, rice, basil & chilli.

 

Blackcurrent Bramble Fruit Sour - Brie w/ crackers, blackcurrent chutney, honey & thyme.
